The Scientific Committee at the Libyan Advanced Center for Chemical Analysis held its third meeting for the year 2025, during which all researchers presented visual presentations showcasing the progress of research during the second quarter of this year. Meeting Highlights: • Presentation and discussion of laboratory research results. • Proposal of new research project ideas. • Review of the progress of research papers submitted to journals, the reviewers’ feedback, and how to respond to their inquiries to ensure acceptance without restrictions. The meeting was attended by Prof. Amal Abdulmajid Ammar, Director of the Office of Laboratory Development and Equipment at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. She learned about the research activities of the Center, listened to the presented reports, and provided valuable feedback. She also toured the Center with the Director of Research Affairs, where she became familiar with the laboratories, equipment, and capabilities of the Center. She also listened to the researchers’ explanations regarding the current challenges facing the Center, which hinder the execution of certain research projects that require advanced chemical analysis capabilities. We work together to enhance scientific research and strengthen our capabilities.
